Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is defective

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All seals and labels must remain intact

Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
